Management seems to undergo reorganizations more than necessary. Ramp-up time is fairly significant; it takes a while to get software and equipment requisitioned. Management focused on investments that produce immediate revenue.
Give engineering more flexibility.

The interview process includes: * Two rounds of online assessments (one technical and one behavioral). * Two one-hour online technical interviews back-to-back. (Technical interviews primarily focus on DSA with a behavioral question at the end.)
We had to go through a HackerRank test which lasted 1.5-2 hours, a few video interviews (technical and behavioural) and another 1-1 video interview with a technology director and a senior software developer. Overall, the experience was positive.
