Lots of company events (celebration for Chinese New Year; anniversary celebration; brought in the Humane Society bus sometimes).
Good compensation.
Productive team.
QA and code review mean it's hard to ship a bug.
My PMs were AMAZING and taught me that PM-ing is actually incredibly useful when done well.
YMMV--it seems like every team experience is incredibly different. The tech/IT desk is terrible at what they do and pretty transparently sexist. Expect to have to Google your problems.
For a huge company that onboards a lot of people regularly, the onboarding process was ridiculously bad. Documentation isn't up-to-date. Everyone has heard of the problem you're having, but no one remembers how to fix it.
Similarly, there are a lot of undocumented code requirements; you end up getting knocked back in code review for requirements that you've never even heard of before.
Work on the onboarding process and support for newer team members. Try to apply lessons learned across the board from teams that run well and are pleasant to work on.

Good. There were two DSA questions in the technical round and one manager talk for fitment in their company. The faculty were very knowledgeable and efficient, and also very cooperative and quick. They guided me a lot in this hiring process.
Applied through the official early career site. The first round would be an online assessment, which consists of a few multiple-choice questions and two coding challenges (LC medium level, I assume). This is followed by a coding interview with four c
