It's a too big company, therefore the change is slow. Since they want to change often, the result is continuous migration projects. You learn something, and after six months, things have changed, and your knowledge is no longer useful.
Some decisions from the product department are hard to understand. Most of the time, they don't fix production bugs because priorities are elsewhere.
