- No support from people's team and HR
- Lack behavioural skills; employees are very selfish
- Forced work from office
I have been at Expedia for 15-16 months. Managers can put false allegations and stop appraisals. People's teams just say, "Sorry, can't do anything."
No one is helpful; the culture is bad.
Should listen to employees and improve appraisal process
