One of the best places to work in the Puget Sound area
Great people to work with, amazing work-life balance. The pay and benefits are amazing as well. There are numerous nerf wars during the day, a very collaborative environment where engineers are almost always willing to help others solve problems. The product owners work closely with the engineers to bring new features to the site quickly.
As with all companies, there is some political crap to deal with and some big personalities. If you get on the wrong person's bad side, you can be alienated and outcast.
Allow engineers to create, promote engineers who deserve to be promoted, and cut through bureaucracy to allow things to get done faster. (But generally, you are doing a good job.)
