Honestly, so disappointing
Work-life balance? If you don't want to do anything, it has some really nice people who work there.
Management is super top-down and has no idea what's going on with day-to-day employees. They treat junior employees like cattle. There's tons of workplace drama.
Talk to your employees instead of just assuming you know what's going on.
