Friendly people, seemingly a lot of opportunity.
The move to downtown Seattle is difficult to reach if you are East of Seattle. There is not enough parking (none for contractors), forcing public transit as one of the only options outside of vanpools. They do have shuttles, but the only one you can take as a contractor is one that is downtown, so you still have to commute there first.
Allow contractors parking spaces, or allow contractors to take all shuttles from various locations.
