Pros

Flexible work hours. Coworkers are nice and friendly, depending upon which team you end up with. Nice campus.

Cons

Forced return to work, long commutes, confused leadership with no concrete planning. Promotions are not based on your performance but on who you know. Zero innovation. Management pretends to listen to suggestions but does not take action. Too many reorgs. Management pats each other's backs for accomplishing nothing but talking about plans, and the list goes on.

Advice to Management

Stop nepotism and favoritism. Plan projects and allocate resources properly.

The culture used to be really good pre-COVID, but it has taken a nosedive recently and is shifting towards micromanagement.

Try listening to the people who do the groundwork.
