It's a great place to work. Not only are the fellow co-workers smart, but the atmosphere is also good. You are praised for your good work and are given opportunities for finding better work for yourself within the company.
I do not see quick career growth. Bonus compensation should be better.
Benefits provided by Expedia are good, but now a feeling of working in an open space is not convincing. Base compensation could be improved.
