Office, smart people, work-life balance, great tech.
Management sucks. They throw away good ideas brought up during hackathons. They are slow to move and slow to react to competition. They let good ideas go to waste. Still, I loved my time there.
Pay attention to ideas brought up by devs.
Google and Kayak are killing Expedia with a better flight search. Expedia engineers try to get Expedia to catch up; management ignores [them].
