Technology teams tend to go through immense change every couple of years. Management does not typically provide enough time for changes to have an impact before changing direction again, making it difficult to succeed.

Advice to Management

Communicate more effectively around changes. Why are you making the change? What do you expect to achieve, and in what timeframe?

Allow teams time to execute and realize results before shifting direction again.
