  • Wonderful team-oriented culture; work hard, play hard.
  • Diversity is not just a buzzword but backed by numbers and focus.
  • The new company strategy is going to take the company to the next level.
  • Salary and bonus are competitive.
Cons
  • RSU/Stock Equity needs a 4X upgrade in the Seattle region, given where the market is.
  • Long days if you work in one of the global teams.
  • Moving to the Seattle campus is going to be very disruptive.
Advice to Management
  • Take a hard look at what RSU other tech companies are paying in Seattle (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Uber, Tableau, etc.) and make the necessary RSU adjustment BEFORE you start losing people in drones.
