Principal Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

Process

I never had such a bad experience as a candidate. The recruiter from F5 Networks scheduled a technical phone screening with the hiring manager. I received a call from the hiring manager after waiting for 5-10 minutes that the interview needed to be rescheduled due to some unexpected event. Such things do happen in life.

The phone interview was rescheduled for the following week. Just a few minutes before the interview, I received an email from the recruiter that the interview needed to be rescheduled due to some reason.

I wrote a reminder email after a few days. I got a voicemail from the recruiter that my profile was not a fit for the job position.

I strongly feel that F5 Networks does not respect a candidate’s time and effort.
