I interviewed for the Salesforce development team. The interview process was good, but I felt that it was a little slow. The recruiters were very helpful.
I had a total of 5 rounds:
Round 1:
Questions were asked on LWC, including the lifecycle of LWC and passing data from parent to child and vice-versa. Also, code was written on LWC and modern JavaScript.
Apex: Integrations with REST API, Batch classes. A trigger code was written for account-contact relation to update the count (number of contacts) on the account with the number of contacts related in all insert, update, and delete scenarios.
Fundamentals: Platform Events, Process Builder, Workflow, and types of Flows, with a few questions related to each.
Round 2:
OOPS: Inheritance, Abstract Classes, Virtual functions, Polymorphism.
LWC: Modern JavaScript and a few snippets written for different situations. Communication between different components, including Messaging Channels. Different operators in a component. Wired methods versus Imperative calls with syntax. Fetching values on onChange using data attributes.
Aura: Inheritance, Design Attributes, Helper methods, and a few questions around them.
Integrations: OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, REST/SOAP API, Platform Events.
Fundamentals: Platform Events, Streaming API, Governor limits, Data Skew.
Apex: Callouts, insert versus Database.insert, SOQL queries, Aggregate Queries, Batch classes, Scheduler classes.
Round 3: Some managerial questions and integration questions.
Round 4: Cultural fitness questions and scenarios based on the actions of previous companies regarding those questions. (Google a few questions to know the type of questions).
Round 5: HR Discussion (General Questions) followed by salary discussion.
