Very good working environment. Work-life balance is very good. Good snacks and perks.
Nothing much to complain about as cons.
Improve middle management
I had a phone screening, and was immediately invited to an onsite interview. The onsite interview was a 1:1 with the recruiter (though I never saw him, only his assistant) and two engineers. They asked mostly networking protocol-related questions,
The interview was supposed to be one-on-one with three members of the team. Basic protocol questions from networking, mentioned on the resume, were asked. Recommend preparing on networking protocols thoroughly.
A little slow to get the process started, but once things were lined up, it went very smoothly. Good interview.
