I was contacted after applying online and was brought in for an on-site interview. The HR manager then contacted me for a second on-site interview after a brief phone call. Everyone was professional and courteous. The process was well-organized.

It was the most humiliating interview I've ever had. I interviewed two members of staff, and before I said hello, they just asked me, "Tell us what you know." I think it was an interview just for the record.
