- Total obsession with diversity. There are way more opportunities for diverse employees than others. Merit, experience, and achievements are less valued than skin color or gender. Leadership bonuses are linked with diversity quotas, and it is heavily biased towards recruiting or advancing employees considered diverse.
- Big company mindset with a big red tape mentality.
- Rigid leadership.
- Low growth; always focus on the bottom line profit.
Focus on technology and ensure the correct talent gets hired and promoted.
