Pay was enough to meet market standards. Few roles get RSUs, which is a great advantage. Decent insurance coverage. Their CTC breakup doesn't include employer PF contribution.
Very slow growth on the technical ladder after SE3 and SSE. I spent five years as an SSE, but they showed no growth.
Work pressure exists if you are in a customer-focused team.
No management support when an engineer wants to change teams.
