Very good and very different from the traditional interview process. There were nearly 5 rounds; a few of them were video-based and a few were face-to-face with a group of people. A very nice way of doing interviews.

Got a call from a consultancy regarding an opening. Had to attend a coding round with a few basic programs on TCL or Python. After that, I had 3 more personal rounds. The complete process took around 1-2 weeks.

Applied through a staffing agency. The interview process took around two weeks. First round was an online test (MCQ), followed by a one-on-one discussion on OOPs concepts, a little coding on paper, and questions on linked lists and multi-threading.
