Balanced life and work. Not very laid-back, and not much overtime as well. There are some talented engineers here.
A lot of office politics in some groups, a lot of complex relationships: brothers, buddies, previous company co-workers.
Some managers are very good at politics and kiss ass, with no knowledge or work ethics.
