The work culture is the best if you are working at the Hyderabad location.
I was working in the Core SSL-FIPS team, and my manager was really supportive. In general, I saw managers here are supportive enough.
Company policies are very employee-friendly.
HR takes a lot of initiative for employee welfare.
Recognition is good.
There is a lot of focus on work-life balance.

The main product is BigIP, and work is mainly related to the development and maintenance of BigIP. Therefore, support work will be dominating development opportunities.
