Good tech but worst management
You get to work on promising new technologies.
Bad management practices have ruined everything now. Up to some point, F5 was one of the best companies culture-wise, and they were proud of their human-first culture.
Now, human-first is just a myth. The upper management does not care about anything other than work. Employees are overworked and underpaid and are not getting growth opportunities.
