There's a lot of politics. They say we have an open culture, but they do not. Decision-making is made by a handful of people. Managers don't know anything about the technical stuff going on in the project, but still, they will ask you to do certain things, without bothering about the pros and cons. Your suggestions and feedback have no value. Promotions and hikes are given to managers' blue-eyed employees.
The interview took around 2+ weeks via Zoom. First, there was a HackerRank test, then a Technical Round 1 (on standard DS/algo questions related to linked lists, strings, arrays). This was followed by a Cultural Fit round, then a Technical Round 2 (
