• Flexible working conditions

• Way behind on cloud with no idea how to differentiate. It might be too late.
• Clueless middle management, with no idea who the actual workers are, constantly rearranging the deck chairs while the ship sinks. I was there for 5 years and had new management every 12 months.
• Stop paying lip service on diversity. It will only hurt in the long term. Focus on solving the world's problems instead.

Focus on the transition to the cloud and align sales/marketing materials around differentiation to the native cloud services. You make everything way too hard for the end customer.
