Pros
  • Benefits:
    • Free health insurance, WFH allowance (15k only), RSU shares.
    • Good work environment with 2 monitors and a high-end laptop.
    • WFH once a week; leaves are a good part.
    • Compensation is good for new joiners only.
Cons
  • Some managers and colleagues in middle/upper management play politics. They consider only those who bootlick them.
  • Culturally, they say many things, but it looks artificial.
  • They don't consider old employees much; they always look for new joiners and offer more compensation.
  • Work-life balance is, most of the times, not great. They don't force, but the work assigned is hectic, so you tend to work on weekends or late nights.
  • The work is not great in India, mostly maintenance work.
  • The company has been around for 25 years, but the headcount is only 5000+. They practice cost-cutting in headcount.
  • Sometimes it feels like a startup. Many companies that are 25+ years established have numerous policies and procedures, but they still work on many things to implement and remain backward.
Advice to Management

Wake up, management. Don't keep employees or managers who play politics and don't follow ethics. Innovate new products or services. Don't hype to the outside world.
