Leadership is not great. Top leadership is mishandling things in the name of efficiency, with notable conflicts of interest which HR doesn't do anything about.
Layoffs will continue, even for the core product organization, and more jobs will be moved to India.
Listen to the staff. The morale has been getting worse every quarter. Actually do something and listen to the employees.
