Front End Developer Interview Experience - Toronto, Ontario
Process
The interview process was very easy. The online assessment consisted of three LeetCode Easy problems and one LeetCode Medium problem. The onsite interviews included two LeetCode Medium problems and a behavioral interview.
What is truly disgusting is how an interviewer can invent events that never occurred to purposely reject candidates they dislike. During the interview, I mentioned that the code wasn't aesthetically pleasing and that I intended to refactor it. The interviewer simply agreed. However, in their review, they claimed they prompted me to refactor my code. I raised this with the hiring team, but I suspect they won't take any action.
