Process
The interview process was well thought out.
It started with a screen to ensure everyone was on the same page, followed by a coding phone screen with an engineer. The problem was difficult but doable.
I was then called in for a day of three interviews with engineers at the company. I had ample time to discuss the company's values and how they aligned with mine.
Afterwards, I met with the CEO, CTO, and CIO for one-on-one conversations to ensure I was a good fit. They seemed to care deeply about picking the right people and were very hands-on.
