I had an initial screening with a recruiter that was fairly standard and went well. I was then assigned a take-home prompt with several questions and was granted a second-round interview after my prompt responses were reviewed.

After the second round was scheduled, I received a call informing me that the team I was applying for was no longer being filled. Not just the position, but the whole team.

While I appreciate Faire's communication, I found it quite shocking to be informed they had cut an entire team they were planning to hire for. I'm not sure what larger issues this speaks to, but it certainly raised some flags for me.
