Process
The interview process was rushed, and the interviewer was condescending during my video whiteboarding session. At no point during the interview process was there any discussion about the position itself.
I was weighted entirely on my performance in the coding assignment, which I personally found very strange and counterintuitive for a senior developer position.
Also, please note this is my second attempt to leave a review for this interview. My previous one was flagged for removal by Faire. To which I say, trying to remove negative reviews is the completely wrong approach. Consider improving your hiring practices instead.
