Great culture, fun environment, solid compensation
Faire has a pretty great company culture. Everyone is kind and energetic, with lots of respect for work-life balance. The office spaces are beautiful, and the company events (which happen often) are genuinely a lot of fun. The compensation is pretty well above average from what I have seen as an intern. If you’re looking for a place where you will be given important work and great mentorship, this is definitely it. Plus, there is a pretty big emphasis on transparency from senior leadership when making decisions (at least most of the time), so you are kept well in the loop of the direction of the company.
Nothing bad to say. I enjoyed my experience.
