From the very start, in the onboarding process, Faire makes it clear through actions that it cares about its employees and their experience within the company.
The developer experience is also amazing, with time and resources dedicated specifically to creating internal tools. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of projects and go beyond just handling tickets handed to them.
The work-life balance is also well respected, and employees are free to choose between WFH, in-office, or any mix of the two in whatever fashion one so desires.
The company is also very diverse and has time dedicated to celebrating the many cultures and groups represented within the company. Faire is also a rapidly growing company with very strong future prospects.
