Faire has a great candidate experience. It's fast, direct to the point, and focused on logic and algorithms instead of frameworks and specific technologies.
The onboarding is very detailed, and all company processes and systems are well documented.
The experience with my new team has been very pleasant.
Faire exceeds all my expectations.
My IT setup equipment had a delay to arrive, so I started with my personal laptop. But that was solved on the third day.
