The people here are all super kind and focused on doing the right things for customers.
The business problems we are solving are really interesting, and there is lots of opportunity everywhere.
The organization has an incredible amount of maturity considering its age.
The engineering team is really well organized.
We just switched from Hangouts Video to Zoom, and now every meeting starts 5 minutes late because nobody can figure out how to start a meeting properly.
For internal documentation, the company heavily relies on Notion, which has been basically unusable because of its really poor search functionality (but they just improved that, and it seems much better now).
Stay really focused on the customer as we continue growing!
