I was briefly asked about my qualifications and what I could do. The interviewer seemed unaware of the position and could not give me specific information.

Pros: There are a lot of opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects, and my co-workers in Operations were great to work with.
Cons: Some departments have limited options for advancement. The computer systems needed to be upgraded.

Pros: Smart engineers and a fun overall vibe make it great to be part of the sports industry. The offices provide free food and are really nice.
Cons: Proceed with caution: The culture can be very toxic. Leadership is insincere. Nepotism is a major issue. Layoffs are common in tech, but these seriously raise eyebrows. Speaking up or being different makes you a target.
