I had an initial phone screen. We chatted about my experience, the open position, and the upcoming interview rounds.
- A one-hour coding round (CoderPad, LeetCode question, preferably coded in Java)
- Final round: Three one-hour interviews (technical, behavioral, leadership/collaboration)
The interviewer told me they would reach out to get my availability for the next round, but they ghosted me even though I followed up several times about my candidacy. Let's not normalize this sort of thing in the recruitment process; it's unprofessional.

Pros: Constant work on the latest tech, a really skilled and nice set of people across all orgs, and good quality of work. Hybrid working policy, and food is provided on all office days.
Cons: Working with overseas teams can make your schedule hectic, leaving little time for your personal life. Office is still mandatory.
