The people are what make this place. Across engineering and product, there's a real sense of collaboration rather than competition.
Teams actually help each other out when deadlines are tight, which isn't something I've experienced everywhere. The Dublin office has a strong, tight-knit culture, and leadership is approachable and easy to talk to directly rather than being buried behind layers of process.
There's a good mix of autonomy and support. You're trusted to own your work, but never left to figure things out alone.
It also doesn't feel like a "big company" in the worst sense. Decisions move fast, and people are genuinely invested in getting things right, not just covering themselves.
As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and priorities occasionally shift, so you need to be comfortable with some ambiguity.
Keep investing in the culture as the org scales. It's the biggest asset this place has.
Introductory interview with hiring manager, followed by a back-to-back panel of 5 interviews. These interviews touched on a range of technical, cultural, architecture, management, and product development topics. The Product and Architecture interview
One-hour CoderPad interview. I solved the algorithm problem with best performance, but the recruiter rejected me by email!! I think it was a fake interview to select their own guys. 🙄
I applied through college placements. There was one coding assessment which contained MCQs on CS fundamentals and aptitude, and three coding questions. The platform was HackerEarth, and each problem had a score. I was shortlisted for the interview.
