Overall, would recommend
Flexible work hours, reasonable on-call schedules. Laid-back office environment. Freedom to tackle problems in creative ways (within allotted timelines); tech leads tech, and management hardly ever dictates specifics. The org feels flat without being flat; DM whoever you need to DM, they'll either coordinate or redirect, no one feels off-limits. Benefits overall are pretty top-tier, but pay is slipping against market.
- Can be very hard to get quality requirements from PMs.
- Back to 3 days min./week policy for non-remote workers.
