Hiring process is good, but HR and management are pathetic.
I went for the interview on 10th Aug, 2019, at the Bangalore office. There were 4 rounds in total:
1st Round: Hackerrank test with 3 questions to be completed in 1 hour. Questions were easy, based on Regex, balance brackets, etc. I cleared this round and was called for the technical interview.
2nd Round: Totally based on technical questions, including the current project architecture. Questions included Multithreading, Problem-solving, scenario-based questions, and collections in Java.
3rd Round: It was a really easy round, i.e., Managerial round. Questions asked were mostly about the Resume, projects, and the architecture.
4th Round: HR round where you were asked stupid questions for no reason, like your expectations in terms of salary and all.
I cleared all the rounds on the same day and was asked to share the documents. Once I shared the docs with HR, the company started behaving like they were not at all interested. I used to call them daily, twice, and got updates like, "You'll get the offer letter by the end of the week."
This process continued for more than a month, and finally, I got the offer with around a 25% hike on my current salary. I asked them to negotiate, but they said they couldn't do anything. I rejected the offer.
In my opinion, the interview process was good, but the HR and accounts team were a bit dumb. They have no idea what to offer candidates so that they can join their company.
