I have gone through three rounds of interviews (two technical and one US partners interview) in a one-month duration.
They kept my profile on hold for three weeks and, after multiple follow-ups, told me my skill sets are not matching with the required skill sets.
I don't understand why people don't look at a resume and check if the skill set matches the job requirements or not.
If not, at least after the first round of interviews, people would have known if the candidate would best fit their required skill set or not.
It was not good to make the candidate wait for one and a half months and then decide.
