Process

Campus recruiting.

We had a 1.5-hour interactive PowerPoint where we learned about the company's prospects.

They came for three profiles.

We had four rounds:

  • The first round was aptitude (AMCAT) with basic math, logical, and verbal questions.
  • Then there was a behavioral round, which was just to know about the candidate.
  • Then there was a tech interview. They asked mainly about projects and basic questions on C/C++ (for QA and developer).
  • Finally, there was a 1-hour round which was just a formality.

Overall, an easy interview with a friendly team from Fidelity.
