The coding test and technical rounds were fair enough. The questions were relevant to the job and profile. But the managerial round was too bad. He asked me only why I am looking for a job change, what my action would be if I got the chance to work on a project with obsolete technologies, and how I would manage to learn recent technologies. After that, he told me to wait at the cafeteria for a few minutes. Afterward, he only came to inform me that I could leave for the day. He just wasted my time with his bogus behavior and unprofessional attitude. The managerial round was enough to demotivate any person.
