I know Fidelity is a big company with many employees around the world. But in my case, it was different. I gave four rounds of interviews for this role. The main thing was that HR never informed me about the context of the next round. I would get direct emails: "You are selected for the next round, can you tell me your availability?"
In all rounds, there were technical questions. I cleared three rounds of interviews for a role, but that role was filled when all three rounds finished. However, my interview feedback was good, so they decided on another role. But when I gave the interview for that role, the interviewers had no update or feedback about my previous interviews, which is strange to me.
I was rejected after this round, and I felt very bad about the whole process. The interviews were straightforward with questions; there was no personal talk. I hope internal HR will improve this in the future.
