Process
No HR interview. HR communicated over email. The hiring manager interviewed directly, followed by an onsite interview. Some of the interviewers didn't even know basic Java. One interviewer, seeing a private constructor written for a Java enum, asked why it was like this. The other interviewer then explained why it is private. These people manage common people's assets and wealth! Great!
Questions
Asked me about general Java in the telephonic round, and also if I knew enterprise design patterns. Why am I looking for a change?
