One first phone screening, then my resume was sent to an interview selection panel. The validation process took almost two weeks. Then the first interview was set up (it was an hour long phone interview). After that, I did two other on-site interviews with different team members (one hour each time). I got the answer of each interview one week after doing it, and set up the following one for the next week. It was a fairly long recruitment process in the end, about two months.
