This was probably the weirdest interview I've ever done with a hiring manager. It was an hour of him grilling me on specific code that I had written for other companies and about my personal life and my relationship. He got angry with me when I couldn't give away confidential information from my previous positions. I was completely ghosted after this call.
How do you write a Flask application? How do you write a Kafka service? Are you single, or do you have a girlfriend? How old are you? How did you write this solution at (previous company)? If you can't tell me about the confidential work, how do I know if you even know how to code?
