Process
First round HR call. I didn't get a chance for the next round because there were problems being a software engineer in this company. The first HR called me for a junior position, but I have 5 years of experience. The pay is extremely low in Boston. The second HR contacted me for a senior position, but the pay is lower than the first junior-level position. It's definitely a waste of my time.
Questions
What's your expected salary? What's your background? The HR is super rude, and the salary in an asset management company is so low! I will never apply for any positions in this company again.
