Very weird kind of phone screening.
The listed interviewer didn't show up. Instead, I talked with a completely different person who was new at interviewing. The interviewer asked questions as written on their document. While I was answering a question, the interviewer was jumping to the next one. I was asked to write code, but it was pretty easy and basic, and it was on a code editor.
After answering all the right questions, I received a rejection in the first round.
Very disappointing experience overall.
