Process
The RESUME program that they conduct is a total waste.
They call just any person who is looking for a change after a break, not necessarily if there are any skills matching.
It will be a full-day program. They call you at 9.
They talk and praise about their policies and employee benefits throughout till noon.
We got a good lunch, the only good part.
Post-lunch are the interviews. There, you get to know the actual scene.
After a long wait, they called at 5 in the evening. After a first round of minimal discussion, they say you do not have ETL skills, we need a person with ETL skills, and I was asked to leave.
I have not mentioned a word about ETL in my profile, then why did they shortlist my resume?
Just to get the numbers to click photos in the morning session for publicity?
