Fake. I would not recommend to anyone. Time waste and felt disappointed. I cleared all the rounds but didn't receive an offer letter. It will be like two sessions: morning they explain about their company, post-lunch interview process.

Pros: Fidelity Investments has an excellent work atmosphere. This is coupled with a good learning curve and career growth for inexperienced individuals who would be interested in the financial services domain.
Cons: There are very few cons to be mentioned. However, one would be the need to cope with current technology trends, as it takes a considerable amount of time for a financial domain company to bring an upgrade, considering the risk factor to their data.
